There is a line up of 9 people and a que time of almost 110 minutes. I checked into my hair cut at 4pm and it's 5:45 at the time I decided to write this. I don't mind waiting at all. One of the hair dressers, left for over 30 minutes while I sat in this que and watching 1 person at a time get their haircut. It's clear this person doesn't care about service or cutting down the wait time. There is one girl here all alone, talking to all the people who walk in and helping people check in as they arrive all while she is cutting hair. She takes care of the business and is a great employee. The other one is no where to be seen and has left this poor young lady to do everything on her own. You should hire people that care about the people who are paying to use your service.cthis id the first and last time I will ever come here and I will make sure I recommend to go somewhere else to all my friends. Hell I'll pay the extra just so they don't have to experience what I just did. I've also watched 2 people cancel their appointments mid wait I was going to give 1 star but after getting my haircut with Brittany the manager, she was amazing and you really should do everything you can to keep her.
