There was no waiting but was told I couldn't get a hair cut without giving name and phone number. I even said, is cash not any good and was told "not here". I was a little put out and headed to a sport hair place across from costco and am quite happy that Great clips turned me down.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
