He is quite sensitive to the sound and feel of clippers and often becomes anxious during haircuts. Despite this, Monica remains incredibly patient and understanding, even when both parents need to assist in keeping him comfortable. Her ability to handle the situation with such calmness and skill always results in a wonderful haircut. We truly appreciate her dedication and kindness. - PWPeter WMar 31, 20262.0I came in for a simple men's haircut, #2 on the sides, finger length at the top, evened out - after signing in online, arrived before my time and still had to wait for quite a while. I explained what I wanted, she even had a little print out, and all was good until the end when Kamal decided to use the trimmer instead of scissors at the top of my head, and unevenly trimmed out a chunk of my hair on the one side which I didn't notice until the next day after my shower. I felt like she was rushing to get me out, as one customer had already left, and I just sat down. The rushing caused this mistake and I didn't see it due to the styling gel she had put in. Very nice lady and it was a positive experience for the most part, but you get what you pay for at Great Clips. The other stylist was working on the same person the whole time and I wouldn't be surprised if Kamal was picking up her slack and I payed for it in the end. If you want a cheap uneven haircut, by someone who just wants to rush through it quickly, this is the best place. Unfortunately, after deciding to leave this honest review I cannot ever see myself going back, even if it was free. Sorry, but no thanks.

I brought one of the people I support to this location and cannot say enough great things! The gentleman I was supporting was treated with dignity and respect, as he should be. Monica took her time and made him look and feel great. The fact that they have a special price for people with developmental disabilities just makes it so much better! Offering a service accessible to all means more than anything. (despite the fact the location does not have an automatic door)

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
