I asked for a simple ONE-INCH trim and walked out missing at least FOUR inches of my hair. I was completely shocked and speechless—I honestly couldn’t process what had just happened. I went back about 10 minutes later, still in disbelief, hoping for at least a basic apology. Instead, the manager looked at me and said, “What do you expect me to do? I can’t give your hair back.” The attitude was unbelievably rude and dismissive. I told her that the absolute minimum she could do was apologize—but instead, she kept defending her staff. The ONLY thing she offered was, “I can talk to the hairstylist,” as if that fixes anything. No accountability. No respect. No basic customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

Unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. On my most recent visit, I had to return twice to get my haircut fixed. My experience with Alicia was a total mess—she was rude and made highly inappropriate comments. I hope someone in management reads this and ensures she receives proper training in communication and customer engagement.

They were very happy to make the necessary correction and made it easy for me to arrive. They squeezed me right away and ensured I was happy with the result. No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
