  I had a hydrofacial here and left with my skin in much worse condition than when I went in. I ended up with multiple small cuts, deep indents, and long horizontal scratches all over my face — injuries I believe were caused by overly aggressive microdermabrasion. The next day, the areas scabbed over, were extremely red and sore, and my skin still hasn’t healed. I’m now worried about scarring. I reached out immediately after the facial and emailed them but they didn’t respond. After posting a google review, they finally contacted me and said they would refund me if I deleted the review. I did as requested but they never reached out again/refunded or acknowledged the pictures I sent them of the injuries. I would avoid this place because of the aggressive treatments, the injuries I sustained, and their unprofessional, unethical behaviour. Response to the business: I have already contacted you directly multiple times and you have not replied.

  Absolutely loved my Microchanneling treatment! I had such a great experience at Uptown Med Spa. The clinic is clean, bright, and relaxing, and the staff made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. The microchanneling treatment was done with so much care and precision Highly recommend !! Helia 🩷

  Absolutely the Worst Experience — Avoid at All Costs Where do I even begin? This place is a complete disaster from start to finish. First of all, they never pick up the phone — ever. Don’t even bother calling; it’s like shouting into the void. According to Google Maps, they’re open… but surprise: they’re actually closed. Why bother listing hours if you’re not going to follow them? I placed an order for some products and was told it would take a maximum of two weeks to arrive. It took three. When it finally showed up, a few items were missing. I called — no exaggeration — over a hundred times before someone finally answered, only to casually mention that the missing products were out of stock. No email, no call, no heads-up. Just gone. On top of that, they never told me I had to go to Canada Post to pick up the package myself — no communication. And when I requested a refund? It took three full days just to receive the answer to the security question. Completely unprofessional. And after all that — all the waiting, chasing, and lack of respect — their idea of “making it right” was offering me 10% off a service. Really? Ten percent? After everything? This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Unreliable, disorganized, and frankly disrespectful. Save yourself the headache — go anywhere else.
