    staff are well-trained in customer avoidance. make sure to visit if you want to be ignored so perfectly you question your own existence. your visits will follow the same pattern: walk in, feel like an inconvenience, leave without buying anything, incredible consistency! for a company this big, you’d think “acknowledge customers” might be somewhere in the training manual—maybe right after “don’t act personally offended by someone entering the store.” truly impressive how efficiently this place turns potential sales into exit traffic.

    honestly the customer service at this store is appalling. every single time i go in, the staff do everything they can to avoid helping or even greeting. this is a recurring theme every time i visit and i always end up leaving without buying anything or even looking for what i needed because of the lack of service. the very first time i visited this store i was ignored to my face when trying to talk to the cashier and since then every visit has been terrible. it’s a shame really you’d think such a big company would train their staff better and hire friendlier people who don’t make you feel like an inconvenience for coming in to shop.
