  Customer service is non existent at this location. Received zero greeting or acknowledgement. There were only 2 other customers in the store at the time--the store was basically empty. Was ignored by both staff on the floor particularly the employee with dark curly shoulder length hair she did her best to ensure she avoided me completely. I came ready to spend but my money stayed in my pocket. Will stick to the Mapleview location in the future.

  The staff is too stuck up and dont even acknowledge you when you walk in. They walk right past you even though they are staring at you

  RUDE STAFF! I came to return an item when I was told that the return policy changed to 30 days instead of 60 (return policy isn’t written anywhere on the receipt) I bought it Oct 8th and came to return Nov 8th!! I was told that I cannot be given a gift card and that I could go sell it or try contacting customer service! Mind you, the item is sealed!! Sure, no problem! I walked out of the line and went to the perfume section and was immediately approached by a staff member asking if I was making a purchase, I said no, she responds with “ok well, we’re closed” and walked away. I have never been treated so poorly at a Sephora store before and I’m extremely disappointed. I wish I read her name but I was so shocked with the way she spoke! Go to a different store for better customer service!

  I’m disappointed with my experience at Sephora Oakville Place. I came in just three days past the return window, hoping to exchange,not return, an Armani foundation shade that was originally matched for me by one of their staff members. I’ve been meaning to come in sooner, but with work and life, it was hard to make it in on time. When I finally did, the manager chose not to make an exception, even though it was clear she could have. She came across as passive-aggressive, and even the staff seemed uncomfortable about it. I wasn’t asking for much, just a fair exchange for the correct color. Situations like this could easily be avoided with better training and empathy. I hope Sephora takes this feedback seriously and empowers their managers to use discretion when it’s clearly the right thing to do.

  Absolute worst customer service. All associates were avoiding customers and chatting amongst themselves. Even the so called management! I asked to speak to a manager and she was part of the problem!!! No one smiles, says hello or is helpful in any way at this location. The service is so horrible I might as well order online.
