Unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. On my most recent visit, I had to return twice to get my haircut fixed. My experience with Alicia was a total mess—she was rude and made highly inappropriate comments. I hope someone in management reads this and ensures she receives proper training in communication and customer engagement.

Made a complaint to Public Health and the inspector found some infractions! I'd strongly recommend against going to this salon, especially, for small children and also if you care about hygiene, safety and customer service.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
