  Всем привет ☺️.Только что обменяла тушь на качественную! Сделала себе небольшой подарок на новый год. Тушь дорогая,для меня во всяком случае, блеск, карандаш. И никак не получалось подъехать и спросить почему за такие деньги старая ,сыпется,куски отпадают ,тушь.... Волновалась что не обменяют,хотя чек у меня был с собой. Это первый раз такое у меня в этом магазине. Огромная благодарность сотрудникам что обменяли товар на качественный.Хотя я брала тушь в упаковке картонной. Может кто то положил пробник....в коробку...а в карман новую тушь ...или бог знает. Но нало проверять на месте и осохоанчть чек и обязательно обменивать! Не боятся и не стеснятся!!!!!!! Всем удачи!!!!!!

  Staff at the cash need training ASAP - they are incompetent in processing purchases and returns. Everything was incorrectly done for me. Along with attitude and poor customer service.

  This used to be a great place to shop, but now they have a skinny south Asian "security guard" working in there who watches you from the minute you walk through the door, and follows you around as though you stole something, the most uncomfortable and unsettling feeling when you're trying to shop, perhaps he was told to follow certain people of color who are only trying to buy products, I won't be going back to this location until this guy is gone, I'd rather go to Yorkdale mall where your treated like human being, a customer and not like a shoplifter! Shame on you!
