She is very knowledgeable and super friendly, responding to all your questions to make sure guiding you the best so you can purchase what suits you the most. Go to Fairview Sephora and ask for SHABNAM, she will not disappoint you!

  I had such a nice experience at Sephora Fairview today, mostly because of Shabnam. She was super sweet and easy to talk to, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of just trying to sell stuff. She knew her products really well and gave me suggestions that actually made sense for me. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all, which I really appreciated. It just made the whole shopping experience way more enjoyable. Definitely going back and hoping to see her again!

  If I could give them zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service!! Their staff also have zero knowledge of the products being carried. Their sales staff are also very lazy and have no problem lying to you about product availability. This is by far one of the worst locations and I recommend for you to not shop here!! Sephora you need to do better in the people you hire or re-train them on proper customer service!
