- MZMadison ZDec 23, 20255.0I took my mom shopping and we were helped by Theodosia. The help was 10/10. She directed us to great products for mature skin and it definitely left my mom feeling positive. My mom has never really been into make up and skin care and she was super kind and generous with her time and support. We were very happy with her support and feel very blessed that Theodosia was the artist to help us out.

I didn’t get a chance to buy anything because of the wide variety of amazing perfumes so I decided to sit on it and come back. However I wanted to write this review for the amazing Saarah who welcomed me as soon as I walked in looking lost. She accompanied me to what I was looking for and informed me on some great selections as well as her colleagues. She was not only helpful to me but to others with great insight on their preferences on what kind of perfumes the customers like and what notes to look for on other brands. She was amazing!!!! I would definitely shop back at this location because of her kindness and delegation. The management here is 10/10. Thanks Saarah and Sephora at shops @don mills :) !

I have been a "Rouge" for many years, but the customer service here is terrible! I had to return 2 items I purchased online. The attitude I received was unbelievable. I was never asked if I needed help finding anything else?Not sure why I was given attitude by this employee and ignored by everyone else??I will not be returning to this location, even though it is closest to me!!!

The manager appeared unfamiliar with the store’s own return policies, including the extended holiday return policy, and handled the situation dismissively. Overall, the behavior was unacceptable and deeply disappointing
