I came right at opening specifically to avoid the crowds, and was immediately put off by how unclean everything was. The countertops were dirty, the displays looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in ages, and the floors were in a level of filth I’d expect from a kindergarten lunch room after snacks! It was even more frustrating to see numerous employees standing around with their phones and Starbucks, rather than attending to the store’s appearance, you sell high end brands ! To people who maintain professional, posh & polished appearances .It’s honestly unacceptable that no one seems to be taking responsibility for basic cleanliness or quality control. SOMEONE CLEAN THE ICK
