Visited lots of Sephora stores in Ontario and can tell with 100% sure that this one in 81 Gerry Fitzgerald Dr. is the best Sephora! Beauty advisors have a very good knowledge of beauty products and can match concealer/foundation exactly for your skin tone. They are very patient, never make you feel nervous and never hurry you. Managers and cashiers are also very polite and always provide excellent customer service! Truly they serve as examples of what customer service has to be in a store in general!

I really appreciated her guidance I definitely recommend this location !

But it was extremely unprofessional that after providing proof of me not stealing, I did not get any sort of apology whatsoever. I was willing to give my bag to examine if so was needed, but only got judgmental glances from staff. It felt like I was viewed as an offender even after I proved that I did not steal anything. Extremely unpleasant experience
