  I recently visited Sephora to find the Saie foundation, and I had such a great experience thanks to Evelyn. She was incredibly helpful and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. With her guidance, I was able to find the perfect shade, which can sometimes be a challenge. Evelyn was extremely knowledgeable—not just about the product I came in for, but about makeup and skincare overall. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. It never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how attentive and patient she was. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and it made a big difference having someone so skilled and genuinely interested in helping. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

  I’ve been shopping at Sephora Fairview Mall for years, and I can confidently say that Shabnam has made every experience exceptional. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely takes the time to answer all my questions in detail. What I appreciate most is how she always helps me find the best products that truly suit my needs, without ever pushing unnecessary items and often at the best possible price.   I follow Shabnam on instagram who works at this location and all the products she has recommended and I bought are amazing. She is very knowledgeable and super friendly, responding to all your questions to make sure guiding you the best so you can purchase what suits you the most. Go to Fairview Sephora and ask for SHABNAM, she will not disappoint you!

  I had such a nice experience at Sephora Fairview today, mostly because of Shabnam. She was super sweet and easy to talk to, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of just trying to sell stuff. She knew her products really well and gave me suggestions that actually made sense for me. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all, which I really appreciated. It just made the whole shopping experience way more enjoyable. Definitely going back and hoping to see her again!

  If I could give them zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service!! Their staff also have zero knowledge of the products being carried. Their sales staff are also very lazy and have no problem lying to you about product availability. This is by far one of the worst locations and I recommend for you to not shop here!! Sephora you need to do better in the people you hire or re-train them on proper customer service!
