I came in to exchange my concealer and buy a new one, but her rude and impatient behavior forced me to make a hurried decision, which resulted in the wrong purchase. Because of this, I lost both time and money. This is basic customer service failure. If employees cannot handle pressure during busy hours without being disrespectful, they should not be dealing with customers at all. Management seriously needs to train staff better. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had, and I expect the issue to be looked into and compensated for.
