  went to the Sephora location with One of my girlfriends, two days ago, and wanted to get a refill of my laniege moisturizer, as this is my go to. I asked a Girl, with long black hair, if she could assist me in Finding the product. She let out a huge sigh , Didn’t say anything, and walked towards that section, expecting me to follow. the disrespect on that to begin was insane. She showed me the face cream, and I let her know that I wanted the Hydro boost refill, But they did not have any in stock. I asked her what other location would have the product, She wrote her eyes and told me that I can Can search it up on their website. Not only was the customer representative distasteful, But she puts a bad face on for the company. I would expect from a reputable company like their own, that this would not be the case. I shop here very often, Sephora is my go to. But with customer service like that, and people Like that young lady, It makes me want to let people know not to come to this location. Highly disappointed with the service.

  Leena was absolutely incredible! I came in knowing I wanted a fragrance but didn’t have anything specific in mind. From the moment we started talking, she really took the time to listen and understand not just what I liked, but why I liked certain scents. She asked thoughtful questions about the types of notes I enjoy and connected them to fragrances I hadn’t even considered. I was so impressed by how she explained the layers of each fragrance and how they evolve over time. What made the experience truly special was how we connected scents to memories and emotions. Leena encouraged me to think about what feelings or experiences I wanted the fragrance to evoke and suggested options that captured exactly that. She guided me through trying different scents, helping me notice subtle notes I wouldn’t have recognized on my own, and gave me space to experience each fragrance fully without pressure. Thanks to her expertise and attention, I walked away with a Byredo fragrance that I had never even known about before I came in, and it feels so personal to me. The whole experience was thoughtful, engaging, and incredibly enjoyable. Leena’s knowledge, care, and ability to make the process feel so personal make her someone I would recommend to anyone looking for not just a fragrance, but a meaningful fragrance experience.

  I had a great experience at Sephora thanks to Harkirat. Her product knowledge was impressive, and Harkirat took the time to explain ingredients, benefits, and differences between products in a way that was easy for me to take decision to purchase right product.. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. I left feeling confident in my purchase and really appreciated the professional, friendly service. Highly recommend asking for Harkirat. Will Definitely return for future purchases.

  I just left Sephora and had such a good experience with Sienna. She was so welcoming and easy to talk to right away, which made the whole experience feel really comfortable. I have oily skin and she helped me find products that actually give me a matte finish without feeling heavy or cakey. She also explained my undertones to me and finally helped me understand why my concealer kept leaving an orange cast on my face, (which I had no idea that was a thing). I walked out feeling way more confident about the products I bought and how to use them. Sienna was honestly amazing and made the trip 100% worth it.

  Honestly I am a person that barely puts in any make up and I have always felt very overwhelmed when coming into Sephora cus there’s just too many product lines and too much going on at the Yorkdale location it’s always chaotic in there 😂 I was with my girlfriend this past Saturday the 17th and we came in to look for mascara; we were helped by a young lady her name is Jane and I wanted to give her a shoutout as she made the shopping experience amazing for us 🤩 We told her how basic we were and she tailored to our needs; she was so knowledgeable and patient with us that we felt heard and understood. I ended up buying some things I never thought I would buy but she showed me how to use them and how they were the right choice for what I was looking for. I’m so happy with my purchase I feel confident in what I bought and I’m enjoying the products. Thank you again Jane for making it a wonderful experience!!!
