She was amazing. She really knew her stuff. She gave me two colour pallets to choose from. She took her time asked me exactly what I wanted to achieve with the my new look. I will most definitely be a return customer. I can't say enough good things about Alexis as she really seems to enjoy her job and she made me feel important and wanted to help me. She is a very lovely woman and knows her stuff.

It’s a great place with a positive vibe, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable experience. Would happily return! P.s Alexis is such an amazing employee, I will always go back to her. She takes her time with her customers, is super knowledgeable about product, and is always super welcoming and has a great attitude.

- DOdalaica owensDec 27, 20251.0Had the worst experience. Went in line to purchase products was told by Alexis s that I have to wait in line with the rest of customers waiting also. Because they have no cashiers because all workers including herself is busy on the floor helping someone. I told her listen us in line are sure buyers whose on the floor are potential buyers. We need a cashier then she said well ok she will just go ahead and cash us out and help us out with a great big attitude. She has no customer service and really need to fix her face with a smile when she’s talking to customers. I don’t know how Mac has her there. She isn’t fit to be handling customers rude as can be that’s Alexis S.
