  I’ve visited this location a few times and consistently had great experiences. The staff are super approachable and kind, and they really take the time to help you find what works best for you even if it means testing multiple products. Big thanks to Annika and Sienna!

  Had a very nice shopping experience this weekend in that we were greeted, not rushed, not hovered over, we received helpful "check ins" by several employees to ensure we were finding what we were looking for...with no pressure they made themselves available. Victoria was lovely and made several helpful suggestions. Happy to shop this location again (as opposed to NF's).

  I went to the Outlet Collections Sephora in Niagara on the Lake and Nicole was incredibly helpful. She saw I needed assistance and came to help me - even doing a skin tone/complexion test and recommending products for me. I’ve never had such kind and genuine help at a Sephora before. If you’re going in and are unsure of anything - look for Nicole.

  Went into the NOTL location yesterday just to pick up my free birthday gift. The young girl behind the cash was very nice and smiley. However, on my way from the entrance to the cash I passed at least 7-8 Sephora employees, and not a single one of them acknowledged me in any way. No hellos, no smiles, no "can I help you with anything?". NOTHING. Considering how many employees walked right past me, I would've expected at least one hello. Very disappointed with the customer service here.
