Lucy our sales representative was brilliant. She spent time to colour match lipsticks to our skin tones and helped us swatch. She was amazing and the products she proposed were excellent not to mention the massive savings we received.

Went with my daughters to get them some presents terrible customer service. Anytime they asked for help they were greeted with random glares and no actual help. Just because you have a sale going on doesn't mean you take out your frustrations on paying customers.

Great experience shopping at this location! Great sales, and I just wanted to shout out the associate Abigail (Abby)! She was working alone and still managed to serve all customers effectively. She was so friendly and helped me pick out products to build my set and helped shade match concealer for my boyfriend's mother! Thank you!! :)

Overall the experiences are great! They have the great products and great sales always! Lucy is very friendly and knowledgeable with her smile! The other beautiful girl everytime greets and helps with caring. However, the past month I have 2 bad experiences with Kimberly, she was very impatient and tried to judge people by looking down you. I believe she was here for years, to keep the customer service in a positive way, really have to understand why customer service is so crucial for retail.
