Alisha took her time to explain the different products, helped us with trying things out and really went above and beyond. I went in for hand cream and left with SO much more! I am so excited for my purchase and can’t wait to go back!! Highly recommend!

The staff will only assist their own race, and unfortunately now that i think about it, I have never seen a black employee working in all my trips to niagara. There is an Indian girl an Asian girl and a white girl who ive seen roll out the red carpet for their "preferred" customers, while side eyeing me like im about to steal. I took a trip up to the toronto outlet and had an almost identical experience... @loccitane are you training all of your employees to specifically avoid black women? Are you only hiring and helping the races conducive to the business? Are african American women not conducive to your business?! I drive so far just to be treated like trash? No longer wasting my time I can afford higher end brands that actually speak to me with kindness. Good riddance.
