The staff will only assist their own race, and unfortunately now that i think about it, I have never seen a black employee working in all my trips to niagara. There is an Indian girl an Asian girl and a white girl who ive seen roll out the red carpet for their "preferred" customers, while side eyeing me like im about to steal. I took a trip up to the toronto outlet and had an almost identical experience... @loccitane are you training all of your employees to specifically avoid black women? Are you only hiring and helping the races conducive to the business? Are african American women not conducive to your business?! I drive so far just to be treated like trash? No longer wasting my time I can afford higher end brands that actually speak to me with kindness. Good riddance.

I have been shopping here for years but after the old employees disappeared everything went down hill. Every time I come in I am ignored by a chubby girl who stands completely still typing on a laptop. She doesn't say hi or bye and I feel like like I could probably shoplift anything and she wouldn't even notice. The last time I was in i tried to ask her about the imortell products and at first she looked completely scared , but when she started to speak it became clear to me she had no idea what any of locitanes products do. They used to remember my name and even ask how my hubby was doing when he wasnt with me and now its like they dont even do the bare minimum. Such a shame. I will not be returning
