  Quite frankly I’m tired of walking into this location and being overly pressured to accept help when I know what I’m coming in for. With that being said the one time I did indeed need assistance I walked up to two employees and patiently waited around till one of them finished their conversation about their pregnancy. I am here to shop!! and shouldn’t be aware of personal matters employees are having and definitely should not have to wait for their conversation to end. My second issue is as this is an outdoor location, I expected the temperature inside this store to be harm as it is only March. I mentioned I was freezing to the employee who was assisting me and she agreed and mentioned it over a mic. I then overheard the same women who is apparently with child, who was not too far away from us say “well I’m not”. This is very disappointing to see customers and staff being rudely dismissed. I am a Mom and pregnancy is no excuse to make everyone around you uncomfortable. I ended up leaving without purchasing everything I needed mostly due to the temperature as it made it hard to shop. Sephora needs to hire proper senior staff because not only did I feel sad for myself I felt sad for the other staff. I’ve been shopping with this location for a while and will now take my money elsewhere.

  Staff were very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Specifically Evelyn on the floor and Rola at cash. Both made suggestions that helped us with our purchases. Great experience, love this store!

  Honestly, I will be avoiding this location in the future. The store was nearly empty, yet no assistance was provided. I waited for 10 minutes without receiving any customer service.

  I’ve bee coming to this Sephora since it opened. Has gone very down hill recently. No help, Rude customer service, and unkind manager. I asked if they had something in stock and was told to look it up on my my app. No one seems interested in working there. I’ve been to way better, if I could leave no stars I would.

  I went to the Sephora store to look for a specific product, and the customer service was excellent. I asked for help from one of the ladies (she might have been the manager or supervisor), and she was really kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The way she spoke and guided me really impressed me. There was another lady who also helped me — her name was something like Batch or Beige (sorry if I got it wrong), and she was very sweet and helpful as well. Even the lady at the cashier was really friendly and sweet. All of them provided outstanding service. Thank you so much to the team for such a great experience! 🌟
