- HAHeidi Armitage3 days ago1.0Not very great customer service. I waited in line for a few minutes, not getting helped at all I was even looking around for employees but I only saw 3 yet all Three employees were at the front “greeting customers” (basically just talking to each other not really helping or greeting) I wouldn’t have thought anything of the wait but the line started getting longer and still not one cashier but still three employees at the front. After about 2/3 minutes of standing there waiting I hear one of the employees say “ is someone supposed to be on cash” followed by “ can you two hop on really quick” splitting the trio up. Cash should always be watched and not ignored as I have worked as a cashier. You do not need three employees at the door one that’s intimating to some, secondly why do you need three people for one job? Also the attitude was insane very much giving “we’re better than you”. I do not understand why anyone should be judged for wanting to purchase makeup. I went around 1:30pm on January 9th 2025, I couldn’t even read the name tag of the cashier who checked me out it was covered but it started with anay could be anaya or something but her attitude was not there it was bad energy mean girl vibes.

Elena and all of the other staff were so patient, apologetic, friendly and genuinely seemed like they wanted to make sure my issue was resolved. They came up with a solution for me after being frustrated for weeks. Cannot recommend this location enough!

I went back to the store to return a foundation that isn’t my shade, and the previous girl said that the foundation (Nars) won’t oxidize, but it did. Paige was so kind to help me with picking a new and different shade and do an exchange instead. Paige also helped me with other stuff and even gave me samples of the Rhode Skincare, which I am trying now. She was knowledgable and talks passionately about the products she was explaining to me. ❤️

- KKKJDec 23, 20251.0This Sephora location is not worth visiting. The staff is rude. When I asked for a product, one of the employees told me it was “very expensive.” I can afford it—that is why I was there. The staff needs to improve their attitude toward customers.
