    my last hair cut i had a lady maybe new she didn't even comp my hair after finish 5 minutes top ! when i went home my two sides were off , i was laugh at by my friends, this is my second bad experience with this location in Niagara falls , I even tip $6 what a shame , get your staff inline with your professionalism.

    Stephanie did so much more than cut my hair today. She met me with compassion during a difficult and vulnerable moment. She restored my dignity by cutting away the result of years of trauma and leaving me with a new, short style. I hope she knows what a difference she made in my life today. She deserves every penny of the $20 tip I left on my $45 cut.
