  My daughter and I visited the Lush store at Upper Canada Mall, and we had such a wonderful experience. Jasmine was incredibly kind and welcoming. She brought out different bubble bath testers and kept my daughter happily engaged, turning our visit into a fun and memorable time for her. Thank you, Jasmine, for your warmth and for going above and beyond to make our experience so special. We truly appreciate it. Also, a big thank you to the Lush team at Upper Canada Mall for creating such a friendly and enjoyable environment.

  I didn't get their name but I will edit this review once I do !! The past 2 times I went in, I was greeted and helped by a lovely worker with wavy dark long hair ♡ Not only did they remember me and my spouse after only meeting once, but both times they threw in a little goodie in our purchase with free samples! They were kind enough to tell me about downloading the app for a free $5 off which i was incredibly grateful to learn about! Overall an amazing employee at this location, and never fails to put a smile on my face even when I'm having a hard week ♡ if you see this, thank you!! (We are the matching couple with the star hairclips and I have the big pink puffy heart sweater)

  This shopping experience was so much fun!…trying products, and seeing what’s available! Val in particular was so helpful. The entire staff are super friendly.
