I did purchase around 170$ how ever cashier said sorry we don’t have any samples that was surprise To me as I have seen some customer when they were paying cashier put it in bag I don’t understand why its only for some customers not visiting this store any more this behaviour with this big store sorry I feel I waste my money and time better is only do online shopping

So I went up to an associate that was standing there doing absolutely nothing. I asked her if she could help me with a colour match. She turned around abruptly and said I am BUSY doing something. Meanwhile she was actually just standing there. I asked her name and she said her name was Alyssa. I then proceeded to say well you don’t have to be upset about it. She then raised her voice to me and said “Listen a foundation is not an emergency, so wait your turn.” And then she abruptly walked away. I felt so disappointed and embarrassed, I just ended up leaving. I highly recommend you steer clear of this location since Sephora has this type of person working there. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I came in to get my birthday freebie with my friend and I decided to look around first and we kept getting followed by the security guard. He was indian man and made it very known that he was following us. We did nothing wrong and felt seriously harassed and so uncomfortable!! Just 2 best friends walking into sephora and were completely getting stalked by this older man, I never have felt so uncomfortable!! NEVER shopping here again. Do a better job, your making your customers feel uncomfortable and harassed. I DO NOT WANT AN OLDER INDIAN MAN FOLLOWING ME WHEN IM SHOPPING WITH MY FRIENDS!!
