  I expected much better performance from HUDA BEAUTY products, but overall they were disappointing. The formulas feel heavy on the skin, the shades oxidize noticeably after application, and the foundation settles into texture and fine lines very quickly. The quality does not justify the price point, and the products simply don’t wear well throughout the day. For a brand positioned as premium, the consistency and performance fell far below my expectations. I wouldn’t repurchase.

  Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me. I usually order online, but I usually like to scope out products in person before purchasing. As someone who genuinely browses, I do spend a quite a bit of time in the stores. However, today, an associate essentially followed me around and kept insisting if I needed help with anything. Asking once is fine, but after a few times within essentially a twenty minute period, it felt as if she thought I was in the store to steal. I genuinely felt uncomfortable. A couple of boys were also browsing around the same time. I heard a different associate go up to said boys and directly ask if they needed any help looking for acne products. I’m still shocked that something of that nature was said so directly. This is not the first time, unfortunately, I’ve had such awkward encounters at this location. I hope upper management provides associates at this location some training on professionalism.

  I visited the store for a shade match and to pick up a few other items. I was a bit confused at first, but Mehrnaz was extremely helpful and patient. She guided me through everything and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

  Poor customer service and unprofessional behavior at Sephora – Upper Canada Mall. The staff acted arrogantly and showed no respect toward customers. Instead of being helpful, the attitude was dismissive and unnecessary. Having this happen on Christmas Eve was especially disappointing. The negative behavior ruined what should have been a pleasant shopping experience. I won’t be returning to this location, and my wife won’t either. I do not recommend this store, save your time and shop at a different Sephora where customer service actually matters.
