    I confess, I am addicted to these products, and the fact that they are made with natural ingredients and essential oils is a must for me. When I visit the store I am always happy if Effie is working, she is knowledgeable, professional, kind and accommodating and adds to the overall Lush experience 🙌🏼

    Visited Lush @UpperCanada today and didn’t end up purchasing anything, but I want to mention Nicky, one of the staff members. She was wonderful, very helpful, and made the experience pleasant. When I come back to make a purchase, I’ll definitely be looking for her assistance. She also give me a few samples to try out, which was so nice of her.

    Came in on Boxing Day and made a big purchase. I especially want to mention the wonderful Niki. Even though the shop was extremely busy, she took the time to give us her full attention, made sure all our needs were met, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and a huge help. Looking forward to visiting again soon and seeing her for more assistance!

    If I could give a zero I would . I have been shopping with lush for years at other locations and I always have a decent experience but this is the second time I have been to the upper Canada mall location and both times horrible service. This time was so horrible that I ended up just walking out without picking up my items. Her name is Niki and she was complaining to another worker about a customer who was asking for samples . I have always received samples without even asking for them. I also always get extra samples with my purchase so I am not sure why she was rolling her eyes and making rude comments to this other worker. When she noticed I heard her she tried to cover it up by being super nice to me. But I threw my stuff on the counter and left. Will not go back. .

    The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to help me during my visit. I had so much fun shopping here! One of the girls even surprised me with a free soap, which genuinely melted my heart. I may only visit once in a blue moon, but I’ll always have a soft spot for Lush ..such a magical little shop.
