I had a terrible experience at this Sephora where the cashier entered my phone number wrong and I did not receive an email receipt. I had to be on the phone with them for 30 minutes and drive back to Sephora to finally get a refund and for it to be added to my account. The cashier was incredibly rude and i did not get a single apology. As a paying customer and Rouge member this was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I will not be shopping at this location again and I do not recommend this location to anyone else!

I have been coming to this location frequently since it opened. I love how clean and organized it is. It's not overwhelming or overly scented like other locations in the city. Also very convenient to now have a spot in this area.
I personally have not had any issues with stock or staff. I am able to find what I need everytime, and everyone has been kind and helpful.
Because of all of this, it's my new go-to location.

First time trying this store in person after being a long-time online customer. We had a valid discount code, but since the cashier couldn't be bothered to help us apply it, we realized our presence was just a distraction for her. We figured we'd save her the trouble of having to serve us and just went home to buy everything online instead. Definitely sticking to online shopping from now on 😮💨

The worst service I’ve ever received from Sephora. Despite being a Rouge member prepared to spend over $200, I was completely ignored by a cluster of staff standing at the cash wrap. I had to call over an advisor just to have a "witness" while I pulled my own product out of my bag to shade-match, because the environment felt so suspicious and unhelpful.
Mira, who claims to be the manager, is incompetent and lacks the basic customer service skills required for the Sephora brand. She was dismissive and unprofessional. I will never set foot in this store again. I’ll be taking my thousands of dollars in annual spend to the Rideau Centre, where staff actually know how to treat a loyal client.
Sephora Corporate: This location is soiling your brand. Retraining is not enough; a complete overhaul of this management team and their "Asset Protection" harassment tactics is required.

UPDATE: I returned to this location today to refund my purchase, and the experience was even more atrocious. Despite my formal complaint to corporate, the manager Mira attempted to gaslight me, backpedaling on her unprofessional behavior from the day before.
The most disturbing part? An individual who identified herself as Asset Protection hovered over my transaction and sarcastically taunted me, saying "Have fun at Rideau Centre"—repeating the exact dismissive line Mira used yesterday. When I asked for this employee's name to report her harassment, she refused, claiming she didn't have to provide it because of her role.
Weaponizing security and loss prevention to intimidate a Rouge member because they reported poor service is a disgusting new low.
