  Really disappointed with the customer service. I came in to pick up my order and no one helped me; employees were walking around, staring, and not offering any assistance. Proper training is definitely needed. It’s frustrating to walk into a place where customer service is supposed to be a priority and not receive any. After waiting several minutes in line at the cashier, I was told to go to the side to pick my mobile order (no signs posted anywhere) and someone would assist me. When my order was finally brought out, the staff member didn’t greet me or even acknowledge my “thank you.” Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

  It’s quite smelly in there not good or bad smelly just a lot of smells at once it will make you sneeze,achoo🤧🤧

  AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. Arguably one of the worst run Sephora ever. A lot of incompetent workers/supervisor/managers. Came in to pick up an online/mobile order. No signs to guide me on where to go to pick up an order. After 5 minutes of going around (Sephora is known to always quickly greet customers )I’m met with blank and empty stairs despite there being 10+ workers walking around, still no one came up to me. I go up to a girl to ask for help, she talks on her lil mic asking if a pick up order is ready…and then she literally runs off to the other side of the store and doesn’t provide me any update not even a "someone will be here to assist you" nope nothing, no response. After waiting a few minutes with no updates I go in line and finally meet maybe the only competent worker in the entire store. Long story short she looks just as confused as me as to why no one helped me. She got someone to help me since she was working cashier and not the pick up order section (but you’d never know that cause there are no signs) who was able to find my pick up order after 15 mins!!!! All this to say…AVOID AVOID AVOID this location. This location was opened quickly and it shows.( Additionally I’m disgusted to see so many of their workers have an intense staring problem.) Nonetheless, I’ve never been so happy to leave a store. Note: I’m a male in my late 20s who’s always picked up from Sephora and never spent more than 2 minutes in a store. They’ve always had my orders ready with a smooth pick up order process.

  Nice new store where shopping is actually a pleasure because it's not overly swamped like the downtown location. I may just switch to this location for all my beauty needs.

  Worst customer service!! Told them I didn’t have tap on my card and proceeded to make me tap my card on the machine 3 times for it to not work (just staff being lazy) tired to tell me my card declined once I inserted it for it to say “APPROVED” on my end and -$107 on my bank app on my phone (which was my total). Not only was I being argued with about if my total went through or not, I didn’t want my receipt and they weren’t letting me leave till I got a receipt “I didnt NEED OR WANT” just let me leave holy! as I’m leaving I hear the staff behind me saying “omg” “holy”. Grow up thanks
