  I’m honestly beyond impressed with the incredible work done by my makeup artist “Arooj Arif” ! From start to finish, the experience was flawless—professional, friendly, and so attentive to every detail. She truly listened to what I wanted and somehow made it even better than I imagined. My makeup looked absolutely stunning, lasted all day, and photographed beautifully. I felt so confident and radiant, and I received so many compliments! You can tell there’s real talent, passion, and precision behind her work. Highly recommend to anyone looking to feel their absolute best—thank you for making me feel so beautiful! 💄✨

  The staff appeared disengaged and unwelcoming throughout my visit. Instead of providing helpful assistance, their responses came across as rude and unfriendly. The level of customer service requires significant improvement. When I requested product samples, the staff member responded in a discourteous manner. Although she did provide the samples, she failed to mention or label the shade numbers and handed them over without any explanation before quickly leaving. When I attempted to call her back for clarification, she did not respond or acknowledge me. As a result, I was left with two samples and no guidance on how to identify or choose the appropriate shade. This experience was disappointing and inconvenient.

  I cannot thank Angela enough for her help today! I walked into the Square One Sephora feeling completely frustrated and overwhelmed. My 4C hair has been breaking badly for the first time ever, and after looking at so many conflicting recommendations online, I didn't know where to start. Angela was a breath of fresh air. She took the time to truly listen, looked at my hair, and explained the science behind the products I actually needed. She didn't just sell me things; she educated me on how to stop the breakage and care for my hair while it’s in braids. I walked out feeling confident and relieved. If you have textured/Black hair and feel lost, go see Angela, she is an absolute gem and a true expert!

  I had the most amazing experience at Sephora today all thanks to Angela. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely such a kind soul. From the moment I walked in she made me feel comfortable and really took the time to understand my query. You can truly tell she cares about people, not just the products. Angela made my whole visit feel special. Sephora is lucky to have someone like her. I left feeling so happy and grateful for her help 💕 Thank you once again Angela xoxo

  I had Shanee (sorry if I misspelled) as my cashier and she was the best person to converse with, and who was so proactive in assisting me with multiple purchases and explained thoroughly the process for buying the same product and any risks for future gift purchases. She was so helpful and friendly and The small and quick experience she gave me goes a long way when serving customers. Thank you so much, Shanee For your help, you are a gem!
