  The check-in feature ahead of the visit is a good concept and was respected and working well until recently. However in my visit yesterday, the wait-time showed 5 min and then 3 min so I went into Great Clips-Elmcreek, Msga store. I waited for more than 5 min and asked how long it would take - the service provider said I need to wait around 15 min but I mentioned that the check-in feature showed only 3 min and there was smirking response. Someone who had not registered just walked in and saw the wait time is 30 min and said they would go and come back later. The owner came in from inside the store and said she would take that person who just walked in and not registered. This explains why my wait time was longer than what showed in the check-in browser in my mobile. The store does not respect the customers time and favors certain customers over others. I would not recommend using this store

  This review is about Ha , who is an amazing hairstylist . I had a haircut from her and she did an amazing job. She listens carefully and is very pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family members . I really liked her personality . Keep up your good work Ha .

  I had a great experience at Great Clips! The service was fast, and the atmosphere was friendly. A huge shoutout to Kowsi for the excellent haircut. They were professional, listened to exactly what I wanted, and did a fantastic job with the details. I’m really happy with the result and will definitely be back.

  I’ve followed Leslie wherever she goes because she’s truly one of the best stylists I’ve ever had. Her blending skills are top tier, her color theory is always spot on, and she’s incredibly quick and precise with her cuts. You can tell she really stays on top of the latest trends and techniques. What makes her special though is how much she genuinely cares about people. Every appointment feels welcoming. We can talk, vent, laugh, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Great Clips is so lucky to have her. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would.
