  Had the greatest experience today because of Angel, such a wonderful sales associate. Very helpful and he had a caring personality! We need more people in sales like Angel, bring back great customer service!

  Worst customer service experience from this Sephora location. I waited nearly 20 minutes on the phone to get help with an existing order. When someone finally answered, there was no response at all and the call was disconnected. This is unacceptable and shows zero respect for customers’ time. Being busy is not an excuse—customer calls deserve to be answered and handled respectfully. I have also added the Screen shot of this location phone number and waited time.

  Dec 21st: First time went to this store when it was extremely busy. Each and every ladies working there are excellent,so kind and helpful, even the security was really friendly. Koodos to the Asst. Manager who was on the entrance entertaining everyone. Her spirit & positivity was commendable. This will be my store now. Love you team, thank you ♥️🙏

  I am writing to share a concerning experience I recently had at Heartland Mississauga location. I had already placed an online order and came to the store to pick it up. Due to a long line at the register, I decided to browse the store while waiting. During this time, a security staff member repeatedly followed me, closely observed me from head to toe, and continued to trail me even when I returned to the register line. I understand that security personnel have a responsibility to monitor the store. However, the manner in which this was done made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unfairly suspected, despite doing nothing inappropriate. Browsing products in a retail store is completely normal, and being treated in this way was both discouraging and embarrassing. I strongly believe there needs to be better training on how security interacts with customers so situations like this can be avoided. I have always enjoyed shopping at Sephora, but experiences like this make it difficult to feel comfortable. It’s high time. Just replying to the reviews doesn’t really help. Take some actions. People are spending crazy amounts of money.
