  I had an amazing experience at Lush today thanks to Selena! From the moment she greeted me, It was so friendly, I felt genuinely taken care of! Her kindness, patience, conversation and knowledge made my visit so fun. She helped me pick out all my goodies with so much enthusiasm and attention, it honestly felt like shopping with a bestie.   I had such an incredible experience at Lush today! The customer service was truly outstanding. Every team member was so welcoming, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic. They were extremely knowledgeable about the products and answered all of my questions with patience and confidence. I left the store with a huge smile on my face I’ve never experienced that level of kindness and care from staff at any location before! The atmosphere was positive, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable. I would highly recommend visiting this store. The team is amazing, the service is exceptional, and everyone is so friendly. Thank you for making my day!

  I entered the store with the intention of only getting bath bombs for my kids and left with a new self-care and hair care routine for my entire family combined with a friendly reminder to always try and find the time to make moments for me (which as a mom is something easily forgotten), all thanks to Josh! He was friendly, built rapport easily, uncovered needs I didn't realize I had and nothing felt sales-y. On top of that he was extremely knowledgeable regarding all the products and various skin and hair textures. I've often felt that the general retail experience has lost its value due to poor customer service and minimal product knowledge however, Josh shows that there are still representatives that value the customer experience.

  I have to give a massive shoutout to Japnit at Lush. She was honestly INCREDIBLE. From the moment I walked in she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in finding exactly what I needed instead of just pushing random products. She asked thoughtful questions about my skin, my routine, and what kind of scents I actually like, then tailored everything from there. She knows the products so well it felt like talking to a skincare expert, not just a sales associate. The BEST part was how she engaged with my kid she literally made a gorgeous bath bomb cocktail right in front of us and let my child choose which bath bomb and bubble bar we should use together. That moment alone made the experience special, memorable, and so fun. She explained textures and ingredients clearly, helped us discover products we would have never chosen on our own, and her knowledge and kindness was above and beyond. Japnit’s customer service is truly elite patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely caring. Lush needs more employees like her. If you go to Lush, ask for Japnit she will completely upgrade your experience.
