The gentleman who assisted was very helpful & knowledgeable. He helped with the TikTok Viral Curl Power Hair Cream & Super Milk Primer & made the experience smooth & pleasant. He also offered some LUSH freebies to try at home, which was a nice touch. Overall, excellent customer service & a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this location!

Josh answered a few of my questions regarding products and let me sit with the info, which I also enjoyed. He saw my sister and I were looking at bath bombs and set up a water station for us to see them in action. It was very fun and relaxing! In the end we picked out our products and he left us with some to sample at home. I often dislike being swarmed by sales staff upon entry -especially in a store selling relaxation products, but this was the opposite. At the end of our time here we introduced ourselves and shook hands with Josh. He went above and beyond and made our shopping experience!

About a month ago, I visited this same location and had a bad experience. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, felt ignored while shopping, and when I asked for a sample, an associate gave me a look that made me feel uncomfortable. I left feeling disappointed and didn’t want to return. This visit was completely different. Japnit greeted me right away with kindness and made me feel welcome. she was patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. she took the time to listen to what I needed, explained products clearly, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. her positive energy and care truly stood out. Because of her, I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this location to others. she is a huge asset to this store and an example of amazing customer service!
