The music is light and upbeat. 3. I love the check-in app that allows me to check in prior to reaching the location. 4. They have this great feature called 'Clip Notes', where they remember how you like your hair to be cut, so they make a note of it for your subsequent visits. 5. They usually have promo deals going on, such as free haircut/discounted haircut, or bring your receipt from last time to get $3 off, which I appreciate, too. Con: 1. The only con, which prevents me from giving it 5 stars, is that I have tried to call on the number listed on Google. Either no one picks up or the number appears to be 'unlisted', which makes it a tad bit inconvenient for people who want to check if the place is opened or not prior to leaving their home. But besides this, definitely recommend!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
