  Hi, I’ve been travelling a lot and this store made my vacation extra special. I was in the airport just looking around to find a gift for my grandma, who I haven’t meet for almost 7 years now. I wanted to give her a special gift, as a welcome present for her arrival here in Canada. Initially, I bought a perfume that my mom and I has been looking for and she was very kind, helpful, and you can see how passionate she is with her job and connecting with customers—especially with me who is a bit indecisive. She gave me good recommendations, perfect for what I need and was looking for. She also made sure that I feel welcomed, and satisfied with my purchases. Kudos to her and her great service! I would love to shop there and visit the store next time! Plus, the products are no doubt top quality. Thank you so much for the great experience, and shout out to Julia for helping me out.   I had an amazing experience with customer service was outstanding i received especially to the miss pilipina one thats why i kept coming back here as a business traveler she went above and beyond to help me always,i was impressed & the quality of there products too!

  Wonderful customer service. The lady took care of me from the moment I walked in to the store. One of the best service I had with Chanel by far.

  Perfect little store to get last minute things that you may need to travel. Been Toronto pearson many times and never noticed that there was a Chanel. Was pretty excited it was right by my gate!
