- ACAlia ChaudharyFeb 14, 20261.0The manager was extremely rude to my parents as they tried to return unopened bottles of shampoo! We were within the 90-day limit and were requested by the customer rep at the store we had gotten the products from to visit this Aveda branch, as the manager might be able to process an exchange as opposed to a return. She denied the exchange, which, by the way, we had zero issues with! We asked to then just return the bottles, and she was infuriated, saying my parents apparently were cheating the store! They were returning products within the 90-day limit with plans to purchase the correct products later!!! She also threatened that now my parents would write a negative review and that "she did not care". I'm not the type to leave negative reviews, but this behaviour is just unacceptable. I would suggest against going here if you are looking for good service.
