  Note - phone number online does not reach store - I am extremely disappointed in my experience at this boutique. While travelling last month I purchased several items from this store. I asked the younger male sales associate about the under eye patches, making it clear I only like silicone patches that come on a plastic sheet. He claimed the eye patches in store were silicone and reusable, making up a story about how his boss re used them up to ten times each. I payed $190 for the eye patches, trusting his guidance. During my vacation I opened up a pair and they are the worst, papery cheap eye patches I’ve ever used. After one use they fell apart when I took them off my face. Definitely not reusable and such a waste of money. They were not effective and i was straight up lied to by the associate. I would have tried to return them but i can’t even get a hold of the store, the number on Google doesn’t work. Sad :(

  Disappointed with the customer service. I arrived at the store at 10:25 PM, well before the listed closing time of 11 PM. As I approached the entrance, another customer was allowed in just seconds before me, but I was denied entry and told the store was closed. The staff’s attitude was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. It’s frustrating to be turned away during posted business hours and treated so poorly. Very disappointing experience.

  BE WARNED: Sunday, August 14, 2022, I bought three products at the Chanel store at the Canadian Toronto Pearson airport. I told the clerk I was flying to Vancouver, Canada and then to Portland, Oregon. I boarded the plane to the Vancouver airport immediately after my purchase was complete. I never opened my products, not the perfume or the body cream or the lipstick. At the Vancouver airport, we were routed through airport security again. This has something to do with closing part of the airport after 7:00pm. We got there just as they were closing that entry. So, as we went through airport security again, my apple juice and my Chanel merchandise was confiscated by airport security. My Chanel merchandise was supposed to be in a proper bag, which is: a clear, plastic bag with a red line around it and a green square with a check mark. The clerk at the Chanel store was supposed to have put my merchandise in this type of bag and seal it and give it to me. She did not of course. I have not been able to retrieve my purchase from airport security or reimbursement from the Chanel store. In fact, I have not even been able to contact the Chanel store where I made my purchase, the online phone number appears to be bogus. I have made multiple calls to Chanel offices in New York and I have been promised return calls that have not happened for 4 days now. So, my advice to others is: do not purchase items from the Chanel airport stores.
