  Came in to purchase a few things one of which I couldn’t find At the cashier when I went to make a purchase I asked the cashier if one specific item was in stock, the girl the answered with attitude ‘I do not have free samples to give you’ The cashier was no wearing a name tag then I asked for her name however she refused to say her name and aggressively called the manager and escalated the situation and when the manager came in she asked to speak to me on the side while I was calmly asking for that cashiers name Frustrating situation to be honest would not recommend this location at all That cashiers name is Celina finally the manager told me right before I left

  Although I have always had positive experiences with Sephora, yesterday my wife encountered an incident that left her feeling uncomfortable due to the behavior of one of the store representatives. I personally visited the store today to share this concern with the manager, hoping it will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. Our intention is not to criticize but to ensure that such experiences are not repeated — for us or for other customers. Sephora has a strong reputation for both quality products and excellent customer service, and I truly hope that commitment continues to be reflected in every interaction.

  Horrible experience by the sales lady today named Alexis, she treated me as if i was their to steal stuff even though i mentioned i was with my mother and sister looking at makeup to shop but she kept asking me where is my sister and kept following me and my family around in a very weird manner. I am resident of milton and have been going to sephora locations all the time but never have i ever been through such a horrible and traumatic experience where i was made so uncomfortable to even look at anything.kindly hire staff that respects your customer no matter what nationality they belong to and not make them feel like as if they are stealing something because the way i was questioned and asked about my family repeatedly was so bizarre

  Saw alot I was interested in but waited for help on a hair care product & one girl working says, "there's only 2 of us here, you'll have to wait a bit". I waited 15 minutes, dropped what I had in my hands & left. You'd think they could take time for a senior but I guess the younger generation needed more attention because they were both serving very young teens. That was my first & last trip to Sephora. Never again. Unless you know what you want & know where it is, youu might be ok. Very poor customer service

  Today I was in this location for shopping but the girls in this location for some reason so mean.. When I need help, their attidute was not the greatest.Biggest opputunity they were and biggest opportunity was they were on their cell phones chatting. They do not have for customer.
