I have very limited knowledge in make-up and she made me feel very comfortable to ask questions. She also took the time to find me the right products. I've been using the products I purchased since that day and I must say, her guidance was on point! Thank you so much Aleezeh. I am so happy to have met you! I have dark circles under my eyes, so I needed a colour corrector and mascara. I got both along with a face lotion that was recommended for the colder months. I've been using the products and this is the first time I can genuinely say that everything I was directed to use has been very beneficial. Overall, I feel all the staff was friendly and welcoming. Also, my husband was with me and he felt comfortable to ask questions and was happy with the experience as well. Two thumbs up!

- MGMichelle GDec 19, 20251.0It’s very clear that the employees at this location have zero knowledge or experience with cosmetics, seems like they hire anyone with a customer service background only, and fail to deliver any actual product knowledge. The manager at this store I guess just barks orders instead of doing any actual work herself. Why does it take three different employees to help me with one product. They pick up 10 different items and just hope that one of them will match your skin tone. Then Go back to standing at the front door doing nothing.
- NLN LDec 2, 20255.0I'm an older woman trying to buy my daughter a Christmas present. When I went in the store. Genelle saw me wandering and asked if she could help me. She was very good. Took me right to where I should have been and showed me products different price range that would suit my daughter's allergies. She showed me the vegan line which was just wonderful and then after I selected my choice she took me up and opened up a cash for me and signed me up and gave me a birthday present. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant girl. She made my shopping experience very comfortable.
