  Extreme lack of problem-solving skills. Went in feeling great and left feeling annoyed and like I was asking too much. I should not leave a makeup and beauty store feeling that way - especially when all I came to do was pick up an online purchase lol! I will not suggest this location to anyone and I definitely won’t be back. The only reason I put 2 stars is because I was at least greeted coming in.

  The rudest staff. Unhelpful and condescending hovering over you like you’re going to steal. I avoid this Sephora to avoid the random hostility.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location .Bad customer service experience. Staff were not helpful, not welcoming, and didn’t make any effort to assist. Very disappointing for a brand like Sephora

  It’s very clear that the employees at this location have zero knowledge or experience with cosmetics, seems like they hire anyone with a customer service background only, and fail to deliver any actual product knowledge. The manager at this store I guess just barks orders instead of doing any actual work herself. Why does it take three different employees to help me with one product. They pick up 10 different items and just hope that one of them will match your skin tone. Then Go back to standing at the front door doing nothing.
