Awesome amazing service….no one will be able to top it. Courteous, contagious charisma, unparalleled knowledge of products!!!! And NAT was dead on with the recommendations. I bought four skin care products on the spot. VERY Satisfied. Looking forward to looking a decade younger! Thank you, NAT. I will search for you next visit!
- JJJuliaJan 8, 20261.0Tried doing a return last week, and I was told I could bring the item back with the original payment method to process it, since I did not want it on store credit. I even CONFIRMED with the employee that it would be okay for me to come back another day, and he said yes. I believe his name was Nathan. The supervisor/manager was beside him during the transaction and neither one of them told me it would be a store credit still if I came back another day with the credit card. It’s not even the store credit that’s the issue. It’s the fact that the store does not own up to their fault and just brushes it off with a cold “sorry for what the other person has told you.” She didn’t even look sorry or try to help. Did not even apologize for the extra trip I’ve made to this store just because of the false information they’ve provided. Customer service was unacceptable.
