Instead of being greeted or offered any help, the employees were too busy chatting about their personal lives to notice customers walking in. I stood around waiting for assistance, but no one bothered to ask if I needed anything.

I booked a full makeup service but unfortunately when I showed up there, I realized due to time constraints, I wouldn’t get to my event on time so I chose to cancel.
