  My mom and I had such a lovely experience at this location, thanks to Lester! Even while we were just browsing, he took the time to acknowledge us and passionately find a similar shade to the lipstick my mom had that was discontinued a while ago. Lester was incredibly knowledgeable about colors, undertones, texture, client experience, and what would complement my mom’s skin tone. He explained everything so clearly, without ever making it feel overwhelming or salesy. He was so warm, genuine, and super helpful! He truly made the whole experience enjoyable. We would definitely come back to this location again

  I visited the MAC store recently and was extremely disappointed with the staff. Instead of being greeted or offered any help, the employees were too busy chatting about their personal lives to notice customers walking in. I stood around waiting for assistance, but no one bothered to ask if I needed anything.
