The didn't have a pleasant attitude. Did not know much about the product, their ingredient. Lastly, the rushed me out of the store. This is not the Lush experience I know about. I worked at the LUSH Markville location and they always had a reputation of treating their customers with respect and giving them the best experience possible. They may have been tired today but I didn't like the way they made me feel.

Unfortunately, it’s the first time I’ve ever had a bad impression on a Lush store -and I’ve visited many in 5 different countries . First thing I noticed the number of usual employees are significantly reduced , no one to greet you, ask what you’re looking for or even acknowledge you . Second , I was standing in front of the Hair Care area looking for someone to help since I couldn’t find the size I was looking for on display. Again , no sale associate noticed my existence in the store. Finally , after waiting for a few minutes I decided to leave the store and never return .
