    Purchased a $30 spray that I’ve used maybe 10 times. The pump stopped working so I went in to see if I could exchange it. The associate met me at the door asking why I was there which I found off putting as I was pretty much still standing in the doorway and it is Sephora Days so I might have actually wanted to shop if she wasn’t gate keeping. When I told her my issue she said if it had been more than 30 days they couldn’t exchange it. Fine, no problem. I fully understand policies. The manner in which she spoke to me was baffling. She was not helpful, not kind, offered no alternate solution to an almost full bottle of spray other than to suggest I buy a new lid from the dollar store. She didn’t ask if there was anything else she could help with, didn’t smile, didn’t say “have a nice day” just rudely essentially ushered me back out the doorway I was still standing in. Pretty shocking that a store I generally spend about $1000 a year at would lose a customer over a $30 exchange, or at least some decent customer interaction when explaining to me why I couldn’t exchange it.

    I was in the Westmont store yesterday and I was not impressed. I found it absolutely ridiculous the amount of staff just wandering around avoiding eye contact with customers! I helped myself and would have left but this is the only place I can find a foundation I wanted. Anyways people you work in a cosmetic store your knowledge base should be superior and you should educate and help customers if you can't find another job please.

    Service was not great at all and I was followed and watched the entire time with no offer of help . Won't be going back to that location.

    Girl with the red hair that works here is extremely rude and was no help. Acted useless when I asked for help with something said she had no idea what I was talking about and was too busy dancing around and chatting with her coworkers than to help me. Please hire new staff will never be back at this location again.

    This was my first visit to this Sephora, and unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. I was looking at products and trying to understand what to buy when a male staff member suddenly approached me asking if I needed help. Right after that, the security guard began staring at me continuously, which made me feel very uncomfortable and judged. Instead of feeling welcomed as a new customer, I felt watched and uneasy. No one actually took the time to assist me or explain anything. This experience made me feel bad and discouraged from shopping here again. Sephora should ensure customers feel safe, respected, and supported — not uncomfortable.
