When I mentioned this at checkout, the cashier was very unfriendly and completely ignored what I said no apology or acknowledgment at all. Very disappointing experience. A beauty store should provide much better customer service.
- KHkimmy houghtonMar 4, 20265.0as a huge makeup and beauty lover i’ve been to many different sephora locations. this one is by far the best. i always have an amazing experience and all of the staff is so friendly and helpful! on my birthday last year i was looking for a specific morrocanoil product and they just got a new shipment in that day. the beauty advisor went through that box for so long trying to find my product and she found it! it made my birthday that much better having someone go out of their way to find you the products you need. i feel like im cheating whenever i go to any other location!
