  I came in earlier today because I was trying to find the facial moisturizer that smelled exactly like the one I had a sample of. It was labelled skins shangri la by the employee at the toronto Eaton center location. She even talked about how it had a newer version but she gave me a sample of the non-preserved one and it was perfect. When I went in today I found the exact lotion, but it smelled entirely different. It wasnt the "try me!" Bottle that made it smell weird- it was just the preserved version I assume because it STAAAANK. I asked the employee if maybe my sample from toronto was labeled wrong because there was no way the moisturizer sample I had was the same as that. I gave her the sample to smell it to compare it, and she went to the back to ask another employee on their opinion and she said the sample was actually the gorgeous moisturizer- but it still smelled nothing like it. She insisted it was so I got a sample to take home. It stinks the same way the new preserved skins shangri la does! There was absolutely no planet where anyone could smell the sample I got from toronto lush and compare it to the lotions I was suggested and think it smelled even a little similar. I'm mostly just frustrated because the employee didn't seem to actually know much about the products. She wasn't very helpful and I felt like a nuisance. If she's a new employee then another should've assisted her

  Amazing store. I'm really impressed with how well they handled the boxing day rush. I was in and out in probably around 10 mins and went back 3 days later to purchase more. The staff was really friendly and not at all pushy (which I feel some of the locations can be). Highly recommend this location. Great job, guys!

  Dina was SO friendly and helpful! I was getting Christmas gifts and she talked to me about what my friend likes. I'm confident I got the BEST gifts for my friend because of Dina's help. She asked specific questions and made me feel like she truly wants my friend to be happy with what I give her. Then to top it all off, she asked if I wanted a cute Christmas tag as well for whenever I wrap it all. Dina's great, and I got the FULL Lush experience today!
