- SDSandra DuwynJan 20, 20265.0I’ve been ordering online for 2 years and never visited a location until 01.19. Alisiia greeted me and I told her I’d never been in a store before but order online. She let me look without feeling hoovered over or pressured. I checked out all the scents and sizes I had been curious about while online. She explained the current gift with purchase and what they included. She even put samples in my bag that weren’t almond because she listened to my comment about having too many almond samples from my online purchases. I’ll definitely visit the location again instead of just ordering online. Thank you for a nice shopping experience Alisiia.
- GHGlenna HicklingJan 14, 20251.0Very disappointed with the woman that was serving me when I went in to buy some hand cream. No greeting or even acknowledgement that I was in the store. There was no other customers in the store, I was the only person there .When I went up to pay for my purchase she didn’t look up there was no eye contact. She rang it through and just told me how much it was. I gave her my chargecard ,she put it through and started to put it in the bag .I asked her if were any free samples and her reply was “I was already going to give you some “. I thought that was a very rude response.There was no thank you when I left the store. I don’t think I will be a returning customer.
