The cashier asked if someone helped me, I said no but she still asked her co workers if I was lying … really bad customer service.

In the past I have came to shop for a cologne for my boyfriend, the lady that helped me out had a poor attitude and seemed “annoyed” at my inquiries on bottle sizes. No problem at all, everyone has a bad day. Today I walked in to browse around since I had a gift card from the past. I had to take a phone call in the store which took me a little longer than expected to finish. I felt uncomfortable when I noticed 2 employees had been starting at me as I walked around the isles. It felt like they were keeping an eye on me? I came to cashier to pay for my products and I apologized for being on my phone. I mentioned I didn’t pay sooner since I didn’t wanna be rude to her by not giving her my full attention during my phone call. The cashier was really kind, but the other two employees didn’t bother to hide their relief when I purchased my products. This doesn’t ruin my image of Sephora, I just don’t think I’ll return to this location.
