Acted useless when I asked for help with something said she had no idea what I was talking about and was too busy dancing around and chatting with her coworkers than to help me. Please hire new staff will never be back at this location again.

I was looking at products and trying to understand what to buy when a male staff member suddenly approached me asking if I needed help. Right after that, the security guard began staring at me continuously, which made me feel very uncomfortable and judged. Instead of feeling welcomed as a new customer, I felt watched and uneasy. No one actually took the time to assist me or explain anything. This experience made me feel bad and discouraged from shopping here again. Sephora should ensure customers feel safe, respected, and supported — not uncomfortable.
