I had one more day to redeem my birthday gift and the manager denied saying some weird excuse as if she owns it. I am not writing this to get my gift or to get free stuff but the attitude of that person the manager. If you guys doesn’t like this policy of giving birthday gifts to customers talk to the management.

I guess they were not having a good day because all the anger just went out on me.. I don’t really see myself ever coming back here again.

I got no we are sorry you were right, I got no here is a little something for your trouble and frustration, all I wanted was the products I paid for instead I'm left without the items and being refunded instead. You can be sure I'm not going to be purchasing anything period now nor ever. Horrible customer service 😑

I originally purchased an eyebrow product, but the color didn’t suit me, so I returned it and was given a store credit. I then used that store credit toward a perfume and paid an additional $24.86 since the perfume cost more. The next day, I attempted to return the perfume because the scent gave me a headache. However, I was told I would only receive the $24.86 I paid out of pocket, and the remaining amount from the store credit would not be refunded or reissued. This was extremely disappointing and felt unfair, especially since the perfume was returned promptly. This policy was not clearly explained at the time of purchase, and it left me feeling stuck with store credit that I couldn’t properly recover. For a company that prides itself on customer service, this experience fell short. I hope Sephora can improve transparency and flexibility in situations like this.
