She’s been dealing with brown spots on her skin for several years, and no matter what foundation she tried, nothing could really cover them. One of the Beauty Advisors, Niki, took the time to scan her skin, explain what was actually going on, and suggest a treatment plan along with the perfect color corrector to help even out her complexion. My mom left feeling so confident and happy that she asked me to come here and write this review for her. Thank you, Niki, for being so kind, patient, and knowledgeable you really made her day!

I had made a purchase asked for a gift receipt and extra bag to put the item in, they refused and said per purchase per bag so I was going to do two separate transactions and the lady at the cash register refused to do two separate transactions and the manager also said no to the bag. I would recommend the Wonderland location not White Oaks, when you ask them a question about a product they don’t want to give you the time of day. They were also rude. 0 Star Rating White Oaks Sephora
- JHJoanne HeSep 19, 20254.0emma is the GOAT!! sweetest employee alive in the history of sephora; she joined me in my journey in finding a pure straightforward musk fragrance (unfortunately there were none), and literally made my mission her own as well. sephora owner/manager, PLEASE give her a raise and super stacked bonus!! she is genuinely such a hero for that, bless her soul. please also tell her i found the fragrance and it's called joven musk for women. only reason why i'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because sephora's fragrances don't include the essentials anymore: lots of complex and nuanced scents but the foundational pure scents are basically nowhere to be found. anyway, thanks emma, you made my day! :)
