  I was just waiting for my wife to choose all of her cosmetics here... I was just sitting in the completely empty brow bar. Literally no one there, or no one coming. One of the attendants told me I couldn't sit there as they were for the brow bar appointments... There were none. Look if my wife wants to spend an hour waking around buying cosmetics here, at least let me have a seat.... After she said that I got my wife and we left and bought nothing... This is absolutely terrible customer service.

  I absolutely loved my first experience shopping at Sephora! I was helped by Mikey who was absolutely amazing!! Being older and all new to the many types of makeup products and routines out there Mikey was so great at walking me through it all. He was so kind, caring and patient in explaining everything. I will be looking for him again to help me and recommend anyone to seek out his expertise.

  It is because of Florie I leave all the Sephora and travel an hour and half. She is just amazing and always ready to guide. Masonville Sephora is lucky to have a gem like her. If you ever have any concern Florie is the person you should ask for and you will love your experience. She is truly amazing.

  Super rude employee, Asian lady I asked her for a bag because she hands me the products without a bag after I ask her for a bag she looks at me up and down and goes “I asked if you wanted one already” as I am having a conversation with my friend and she literally did not even ask. Even if I were to not reply back if I didn’t hear she should not have an attitude she has . She does not make the bags and pay for the bags she’s an employer under Sephora. She needs to be properly trained and have the right attitude when working with customers because it already is expensive going to Sephora and spending the money. I didn’t spend $80 for her to have disgsuting tone in her voice.

  I came in today feeling a bit overwhelmed by a situation I’m dealing with, but Mar was an absolute breath of fresh air. She assisted me with so much humility and genuine care—it’s rare to find someone who actually listens like that.
