- RFrisa ferrari5 days ago1.0Manager was rude. I had surgery end of November and could not get my birthday gift. When I was able to walk again I went to this Sephora multiple times and they told me they ran out and should come back in January. I was not told about a point system and the manager kept insisting about that option but not actually offering it. Overall, told me I couldn’t get anything and that it was too late. I guess these are the struggles of a December birthday. If those are the rules fine, but the delivery was rude and unhelpful and fighting over mini test products seems ridiculous. Anyway, just frustrated with the lack of empathy.

I was standing beside her and asking about the prices of several products, as my daughter is only nine years old and does not know how to ask about product details. Despite this being completely reasonable, the cashier showed visible annoyance through her facial expressions and head movements, which made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected as customers. Asking about prices before purchasing is normal, yet her attitude was not welcoming or helpful. A very disappointing experience, especially from a brand like Sephora.
