I was in and out in probably around 10 mins and went back 3 days later to purchase more. The staff was really friendly and not at all pushy (which I feel some of the locations can be). I'm confident I got the BEST gifts for my friend because of Dina's help. She asked specific questions and made me feel like she truly wants my friend to be happy with what I give her. Then to top it all off, she asked if I wanted a cute Christmas tag as well for whenever I wrap it all. Dina's great, and I got the FULL Lush experience today!

- LNLyn NguyOct 20, 20251.0I sometimes return products I’ve bought online in store and keep in mind I don’t return as often as I actually do buy products and I’ve spent THOUSANDS past the few years I’ve been shopping with lush I know almost everything about the products. All the other staff was very kind I’ve never had a issue with them, but the VIETNAMESE lady with short hair was very passive aggressive when I returned somethings that I changed my mind on and even still had SEALS on them. It’s not like I’m some annoying customer that uses over half of the product and returns it, ALL OF IT WAS STILL BRAND NEW WITH SEALS except for one product that I used once. She said that it was “wasteful” on my side because they have to throw out the product afterwards. Basically blaming the customer which is hilarious because if you TRULY care about the environment you’d know that these billion dollar companies will create more waste than I or the average person will IN THEIR LIFE TIME and are the ones that are contributing to global warming. Also that whole interaction she was giving a Whole Lot of attitude. Like is this your company? Is a return affecting the money that you take home? Truly doing to much for working in retail when lush themselves hasn’t said ANYWHERE about how much you can return.
