Some of the best people working at this store. a lovely worker named Casper helped me get exactly what I was looking for and even showed/told me of other things I would be interested in and helped me download the new point system i didnt know they had! Cant wait to go back again😊

Ladies at the white oaks mall location were amazing and so helpful. They walked me through the new lush rewards program and helped me select my gifts. I so love lush, and will certainly be back in the future.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The employee working at the store was extremely rude. At first, I thought she might be annoyed because my child was smelling some of the products, which I could understand. However, her attitude became much worse at checkout.
She avoided eye contact completely, did not acknowledge me while serving me, and when I asked for a bag, she handed it to me without looking at me at all. I even asked if she was okay, and she did not respond at first. When she finally answered “yes,” she still avoided eye contact.
What made this experience even more upsetting was seeing her treat other customers before me with kindness, smiling and chatting with them.
Because of this behavior, I will not be returning to this store, even though the products themselves seem nice.
If it were possible, I would give zero stars for the service I received today.

Who can go wrong at this place?The staff is incredible so knowledgeable , and they have an incredible amount of things to choose from anyone that walks in can walk out with something that's special for them , or anyone else
