My son's haircut was terrible. Hairdresser was somewhat rude; when we asked for it to be cut shorter she said she would need to charge for a double hair cut. His haircut was terribly uneven. Thankfully not a cut before a significant event. Won't be back.

I normally see the same familiar staff when I visit, but this time I was helped by someone new. Amanda was polite and mentioned she has 30 years of experience, however, I wasn’t happy with the result. The salon was not busy, yet the haircut felt rushed, didn’t take long at all.which was unexpected,the length was not what I asked for, and it was uneven on both sides. I was not able to style my hair properly because of this. My sister also noticed that the back of her haircut was uneven. Normally, other staff would style my hair after the cut, but this time it wasn’t done, which was surprising and confusing. Given Amanda’s experience, I expected it to be easier to get the haircut right. I paid $38 plus a $5 tip for this visit and felt it didn’t meet expectations. Despite all this, the salon was still open and functioning normally. I didn’t want to make things uncomfortable or ruin her day, so I didn’t speak up during the visit. This experience felt different from what we’re used to, which is why I wanted to share this honest feedback. As loyal customers, we hope future visits reflect the usual quality we’ve come to expect.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
