    So sorry.. but this isn’t for all the associates at this Sephora. I’ve encountered this issue mainly at the Sephora here at Fairview Park Mall Kitchener multiple times., not saying that this wouldn’t happen at other Sephora’s. When a customer asks for a sample.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!! Do not give out such minuscule amount of samples! It is absolutely rude!! If your running out of the sample container I understand, maybe ask to make a new jar sample and if you’re not able to let the customer know.. don’t just throw it in a bag and give to them. In this case again… there was plenty in the pump and it wasn’t even busy at all when she gave it to me I spend $100ds of dollars with Sephora and it’s nice to be able to try out a product rather then having to return/open it which is wasteful. If I would’ve looked in the bag to see what was given to me.. I wouldn’t have accepted it. Clearly when someone doesn’t care to give out something like this.. to me it’s rude and dishonest! I’m sure anyone would feel this way. Take the time to speak with the customer even if you haven’t spend the time with them and was only asked to make a sample. I myself is in retail, also makeup artist/hairdresser and I know customer service with 25yrs experience and I don’t mind spending on high end skincare and makeup. I hope you found this helpful and understanding.

    I visited this location to check some lip shades. A lady at the front initially started helping me, but while assisting me she went to help another customer. I called her and she said she was with another customer and asked me to wait, which I was completely fine with. However, when she came back to me, she told me that I needed to be gentle with her. I was surprised because I had not been rude or disrespectful at all. The staff were rude, and the interaction made me feel very uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The behavior also felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. Response to owner - Thank you for the response, but this feels like a generic reply that many businesses post under negative reviews. The real issue is what actually happens in the store. During my visit, I did not feel that the service was fair or respectful. If you look through the reviews, many customers — especially from the Indian community — have mentioned similar experiences about the poor service at this location. Instead of only apologizing in review responses, it would be better if real steps were taken to improve how customers are treated in the store.

    I had a great experience with Danesh as she was very professional and had excellent knowledge about products from different brands. She guided me in choosing makeup products based on my skin texture, and my makeup the next day turned out really well! Thank you, Danesh 😊

    The indian girl at the entrance was also very rude and unprofessional. I was speaking to her and asking about a product, and she kept ignoring me, looking around and talking to others while I was addressing her!!
