Messed up haircut even after instruction, no proper customer centric resolution (even after escalating the issue several times) at various levels. Have been going here frequently since it’s opening but looks like need to find a new salon as cannot trust the service again.

Manveer, my stylist, did an amazing job—he really understood how to work with my curls and gave me a cut that looks fantastic and feels easy to manage. On top of that, the entire atmosphere was so welcoming. The other stylist and the owner were incredibly friendly, making the whole visit comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great haircut, especially if you have curly hair. I’ll definitely be coming back!
