  I had a great experience with Danesh as she was very professional and had excellent knowledge about products from different brands. She guided me in choosing makeup products based on my skin texture, and my makeup the next day turned out really well! Thank you, Danesh 😊

  The indian girl at the entrance was also very rude and unprofessional. I was speaking to her and asking about a product, and she kept ignoring me, looking around and talking to others while I was addressing her!!

  Extremely Disappointed with Return Experience (Manager: Nikitha) I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Sephora location was frustrating and unprofessional. I attempted to return an unopened item that I purchased recently, fully expecting the standard courtesy most retailers offer for unused merchandise. I presented the product in its original, sealed condition, with the receipt. However it was only two days past the return policy. Unfortunately, the manager on duty, Nikitha, refused the return outright without offering any alternative solutions, exceptions, or escalation. There was no empathy, no attempt to understand my situation, and no effort to find a compromise just a blunt “no.” I hope Sephora takes this feedback seriously. A retailer with such a loyal customer base should train staff and managers on empathy, flexibility, and service recovery, not just policy enforcement. I will make sure this situation gets escalated more in order to take in proper actions for this location since there is many frustrated customers and bad reviews. :)
