  I enjoy going here because I love some of the products. The problem is I like to browse and look at things that I am not familiar with and just look around. This store does not like that. They treat you like you are a criminal if you are just browsing. Following you around staring.....not conspicuous at all by the way. Listen, for the prices being charged people should be able to browse freely without feeling like a criminal.

  I usually avoid going in store because I have had bad customer service experience but went in today to check my foundation shade. I was served by Manpreet and she made my experience worth going in. She helped me pick few products and didn't rush me at all. Usually they only want to help you with one thing and move on but Manpreet was so calm and attentive. Her customer service was above and beyond. She made me feel like I can go in store to shop.

  I had an incredibly disappointing experience today with the manager who serviced me. I had a purchase online, Laura Mercier press powder, and it’s a purchase I made regularly. I realized the tone has been making look yellow so I purchased an other colour and went to return the unopened packaged one I hadn’t used. The store manager walked up, don’t know her name, but she had a wolf cut and a septum piercing. She offered to ring me in, and asked me why I was retuning the powder. I guess Sephora updated their Tarun policy to 30 days, and my product was purchased in September. She became extremely rude and pushed the product back at me saying there were no exceptions to the policy. I had only made one return in my entire history and have spent a lot of money at the store on particular. She didn’t look at my history empathize or even tell me I could call customer support online just looked at me like I was a freak. She pushed the product back at me. It was incredibly rude. I felt embarrassed as there were others in the store close by that could hear. I didn’t expect to be treated this way ever and I am very disheartened by it. I hope others aren’t treated the same way I was because it awful. Sephora is a place people go to enjoy their products and feel good about themselves. I get policies are polices but that sort of treatment is uncalled for. I ended up calling online support. They looked at my history and agreed to allow me to rerun the product since I was a loyal customer and nothing on my record that would suggest that I would be taking advantage. She said the store manager has the authority to do that. Don’t know why she wouldn’t help me. Hope this doesn’t happen to someone else. Poppy
